Delocalisation could save UK taxpayers millions says new report.

A study into cost cutting measures ordered in 1999 by the UK government was published yesterday.
The Labour government who ordered the report, "Make Government Cheap" asked the authors to study every level of UK government including the NHS, Social Security and local government administrations.
Shock was expressed however across the political board as the contents of the report became known.
Rather than offer proposals for shifting NHS enquiries, or UK train information services overseas as hoped by Tony Blair, the report points out that salaries within government administrations such as the NHS and Network Rail are already considerably lower than in possible delocalisation destinations such as India.
"The possibilities for economy are virtually non existent,” the report states.
It goes on however to point out one area where delocalisation could save the taxpayer millions of pounds a year: Politics.
"UK politicians earn over a hundred times that of their Indian counterparts and thousands of times more than typical politicians in Gambia." The authors point out.
"Studies would seem to indicate that the prime characteristics expected by the UK electorate of their politicians are dishonesty, covert theft, and an ability to talk for hours without actually saying anything."
"Initial studies indicate the delocalisation of the entire UK parliament to India and replacement off all government ministers with Indian nationals would not only enable a reduction of nine percent on UK income tax and liberate the employees of the entire house to do productive useful work, but would provide no perceivable reduction in service quality as based on public perception of prime characteristics."
