Democratic Candidates Debate Who Is Tweedle-Dum, Who Is Tweedle-Dee

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Questions of courage and political leadership emerged at the latest Democratic debate, as John Edwards demonstrated he could out-weasel front-runners Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama when it came to the Iraq Vote issue. Where Clinton and Obama voted for the Iraq War before later jumping on the anti-war wagon, Edwards reminded those present that he himself had consistently waffled about everything for the full two Bush terms.
Throughout the debate the presidential hopefuls basically seemed to agree on all the issues, both domestic (yes, Paris Hilton belongs in jail) and foreign (yes, terrorism is awful, and that Iranian nut is a definite pain in the Shawarma).
For her part, Hillary Clinton summed up the quandary the Democratic Party is in by finally admitting The differences among us are minor, it's really a case of voting for Tweedle-Dum or Tweedle-Dee. She went on to point out that all of the candidates are multimillionaires, and that none of them really have the slightest idea what the daily lives of the electorate are like.
