Hillary Declared Early Victor In 2008 Election By Alan Lord
Washington. DC - Since the winner of the US presidential race is always the one who spends the most money, the US Congress has already declared Hillary Clinton the hands-down (or hands out) winner, for being the candidate who raised the most cash so far.
To ensure a second victory, President Hillary plans to bypass the White House altogether and remain in campaign mode, continuing permanent fund-raising efforts right through the 2010 mid-term congressional elections, then her re-election in 2012, and finally the last contest to be held during her presidency, the mid-term congressional elections of 2014.
