RIAA says Torres case proves lost revenue

Far from backing down in it's request that 12 year old Sylvia Torres pay them $2,000 dollars, the RIAA yesterday claimed that the case has given them the "definitive proof of lost revenue" that everyone has been waiting for and that they intended to pursue the case to the "end of the line".
Sylvia Torres who shares a bedroom with her two brothers in a housing project in a poor area of NY State, downloaded over a thousand songs, the RIAA claims, on her borrowed computer.
"She would "clearly have gone into the city and bought over a hundred CD's at a average of 20 dollars each had she not been able to download the music via Kazaa." an RIAA spokeswoman told reporters.
"We're not hard, or unfeeling" she said barging against the door of the little girls home despite the screams coming from within, "and we're certainly not targeting poor twelve year olds or anything, but that little bitch owes us 2000 dollars, and I'm going in there to get it..."
