French Rioters To Be Shipped To New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS – French President Jacques Chirac reported Tuesday that the French military will begin this week shipping all rioters to New Orleans, the United States city that was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and has yet to regain any semblance of a functioning community. Chirac came up with the idea after watching a news report about the U.S. government apparently not giving two sh**s about the recovery of the Louisiana city, instead focusing on more tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans.
"creating chaos and destroying property"
Chirac said, "These rioters are creating chaos and destroying property. If we ship them to New Orleans, there's no order to disrupt and there's no property left to burn. The rioters can run free." President Bush apparently agreed to the offer because anarchy and car fires have worked so flawlessly in the rebuilding of Iraq, he figured it might just work in New Orleans.
