Fema And Nasa To Merge Agencies
By Alan Lord

Washington, DC. In a bid to place a cap on out of control spending, the White House has announced it will be merging FEMA and NASA into one superagency. The immediate mission of FEMSA will be to evacuate poor blacks living in the hurricane-battered coastal areas and transfer them to The Moon, under the combined budgets of the $200 billion earmarked for reconstruction in the wake of Katrina, and the $100 billion plan for the US to return to Earth’s barren satellite.
“They shouldn’t mind relocating, joked President Bush, free meals, free rides... I mean, heh... it would be a step up for most of ‘em anyway.”
