Barbara Bush said: "Almost everyone Ive talked to says they'd rather be in a traffic jam here than in the usual traffic jam in Houston." Then she added: "What Im hearing which is sort of_scary is they all want to stay here parked on the freeway. Many of these people have never been out of Houston, and you have to realise that now they have, well, most of them just won't want to go back."
