Things working out well for Traffic-Jam Texans - Barbara Bush

HOUSTON : Accompanying her husband, former President George W.Bush, on a helicopter flight over the hundreds of miles of traffic jams caused by Texans who fled hurricane Rita trying to return to their homes Barbara Bush said today,
"This is working very well for them."
The former First Lady's remarks were aired this evening on American Public Media's "Marketplace" program.
Barbara Bush said: "Almost everyone I’ve talked to says they'd rather be in a traffic jam here than in the usual traffic jam in Houston."
Then she added: "What I’m hearing which is sort of scary is they all want to stay here parked on the freeway. Many of these people have never been out of Houston, and you have to realise that now they have, well, most of them just won't want to go back."
"Houston is so god damned ugly, you know, well, I don't think it's unfair to say that this is working very well for them."
