Evangelicals Blame Gays For Katrina, Gays More Powerful Than Previously Believed
By Lee Camp

Evangelical Christian leaders across the U.S. have come together to blame the Hurricane Katrina disaster on homosexuals. This is just one in a long line of catastrophes that Evangelicals have accused gays of causing including 9-11 and the tsunamis in Southeast Asia. With homosexuals being responsible for so many massively deadly events, a growing number of Americans are worried that gays are more powerful than experts previously concluded.

Edwin Thacker, head of the Federal Institute for The Study of Gay Evil Powers, has been mapping out gay superpowers and their consequences for over 20 years. He said, "Yeah, Hurricane Katrina truly demonstrated the wrath of the gays. And seeing as it occurred in the same 12-month period as the Tsunamis, we here at the Institute believe homosexuals are growing exponentially in power and range of terror. Quite frankly, we've been astounded at what they can do. We've known for years that they were good with hair, but none of us in our wildest dreams thought they could control natural disasters."

When asked what people can do to prepare for these disasters or prevent them, Thacker said simply, "Pray… Lock your doors… Don't wear a backwards baseball cap or a flannel shirt – that's soooo 1990's; it will just anger them."
