Gaza Settlers To Be Resettled In West Bank
By Alan Lord Tel Aviv – Beseiged Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has promised hard-line members of his own Likud party that the settlers recently uprooted from Gaza will be resettled in choice Palestinian neighbourhoods in the West Bank.
Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas has, in an effort to hold onto the perks of his office, reluctantly agreed that the Roadmap to Peace must run smack through the town of Ramallah, which is to be renamed Menachem City.
