Great Britain Finally Returns To Sense Of Normalcy, Pretentious Superiority
By Lee Camp
LONDON Several weeks after suicide bombers created chaos throughout England's streets and subways, the people are finally able to return to a sense of normalcy and pretentious superiority.
Julian Ralph of Guildford said, "We've all been on alert for the past few weeks, and we haven't really viewed ourselves as better than the rest of the world as much. But recently I think things have been getting back to normal.
I mean, most of my friends and I again view the French as third-world, garlic breathing mongrels.
Certain events always seem to change the attitude of entire cities.
It took New York City nearly six months following the 9/11 attacks to return to being dickheads to each other.
Jamal Tartoff, a native of Brooklyn, stated, "Yeah, it was probably about eight months after the attack that I saw a cab driver flick a guy off for crossing the street, and I thought to myself, 'Thank God the world is back in balance.'"
