Al Qaeda Believed Responsible For Suspicious Bag Of Garbage
By Lee Camp

NEW YORK – A suspicious bag of garbage caused the Brooklyn Bridge leading into New York City to be closed for most of the day Sunday as officials examined the bag out of fear it was a bomb.
After six hours in which bomb-defusing robots were used, police finally discovered that the garbage bag was filled with garbage and nothing more.
In a conference Monday morning, a spokesman for the FBI said it is clear that the garbage bag was planted by Al Qaeda.
The spokesman further explained, "the terrorists probably just did this to keep us on our toes.
Yesterday we also found a suspicious-looking Harry Potter backpack that we believe is also the work of Al Qaeda and their terrorist masterminds."
Sources tell us the backpack contained two comic books, a juice box, a pudding cup, and four sheets of third grade math homework.
