Bush Pushes For “Great Leap Forward” Of Ownership Society

Washington - In a bold attempt to kick-start the Ownership Society, President Bush has asked Americans to start buying back their share of all government programs.
This would include, not only Social Security, but also Commerce, Environmental Protection, National Security, Defense, and the Military-Industrial Complex.
To bring America into the 21st Century in a bold Great Leap Forward, President Bush wants an anti-missile defense system installed in every back yard, to be paid for, by each family.
“If everyone just keeps an eye on strangers, including their own neighbors,” he said, “why, who needs Homeland Security?”
“We’d save billions of dollars.”
