Israel Pulls Settlers From West Bank,
Leaves Only Tanks, Soldiers

JERUSALEM – In a show of good faith towards the Palestinians Tuesday,
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon announced that all Israeli settlers will be forced to pull out of the West Bank by July.
Sharon said that the only Israeli presence remaining will be hundreds of tanks and thousands of soldiers.
Sharon stated, "I understand that the Palestinians lay claim to that land, and we will honor their request by not settling there. However, if they come o the West Bank, we will likely blow them up.”
Mamud Ahbas, head of the Palestinian Authority, also made a show of trust by agreeing to stop all terrorist bombing between the hours of two and four AM.
He said, "It's not right for people to die at such an ungodly hour."
