WASHINGTON Not much has been said about the Democrats since President Bush was reelected.
With Republicans holding a majority of the seats in the Senate and the House as well as the Presidency, many wonder if the Democrats are helpless to stop the Republican-run government.
Recently however, Democrats have launched a new fight-back strategy: Farting.
In recent sessions of both the Senate and House, there has been a scourge of farts made while key Republicans spoke.
Although the Democrats are quick to cover-up who produces each emission, the foul smells and sounds clearly originate from the Democrat's side of he aisle.
Senate Minority Leader Harry Reed said, "Much of the American public believes we have been effectively neutered by this new government.
However, I want every American to know we've been making more gas than ever. Some of our farts have been so repulsive they have made Republicans leave the room. Have faith, America, we're doing our part to keep the Conservatives in check."
