North Korea Says It's Ready Treat U.S. As a Friend
By Alan Lord.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea told a visiting U.S. Congressional delegation that it is ready to return to six-party nuclear talks and would treat the United States as a "friend".

Asked what this would entail precisely, General Park Lee Chung, head of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s armed forces stated, “well, for example, we expect friends to help us out on moving day."
"
So when we decide to move our bulky jury-rigged atomic devices out of the mountain tunnels, we expect our American friends to give us a hand."
"
We’ll provide a case of Kirin beer, and a plate of pickled beets.”

Prodded for more details about the exciting turn of events, General Chung added, “if they also paid for the moving van and maybe lent us 200 billion for renovation costs, that too would be super cool.”
