Governor Jeb Bush, yesterday claimed that many suffering today need to look at their own past conduct and ask themselves why God’s wrath if falling upon them.
Speaking to CNN’s Deirdre Dewdrop, Jeb told viewers, “It’s become fashionable in these times to forget personal responsibility and to claim bad luck when on is struck down by a personal tragedy. I think the people of Florida should be looking at their conduct these last years and asking themselves why God is so pissed with them as to send hurricane Frances over this way.”.
He went on to give his own hint of the reasons behind God’s anger. “I think you have to look no further than the failure to understand the voting procedure that enabled my Evil brother to become President… The poor are suffering, soldiers are dying and the world is becoming a terrifying and unstable place, and I doubt that God likes that so much, ya know?"
