Reasons to Vote For Bush #1: Feel Better About The Result
No matter who you vote for, and no matter the result of the election-day poll, George W. Bush will be named president.
If for some reason the election itself doesnt do this, then the Supreme Court will.
Do you really want to sit through another entire term of office feeling cheated, feeling that your country maybe isnt the true democracy its made out to be?
Much better to vote Bush, and know that your vote counted, know that your guy won.
This particularly applies to Black voters, for whom the only way to have their votes counted is to vote for George W. Bush.
Reasons to Vote for Bush #2: Make The World Even Safer
The world is a safer place since George W. Bush came to power. Anyone can see that.
Sure there was 9/11, and this did happen on George W. Bushs watch, but remember there were terrorist threats during the Clinton administration too.
Remember the foiled bomb attack on the World trade center?
Its clear that the fact that the terrorists got through on 9/11 can have NOTHING to do with George W. Bush. Its probably actually Clintons fault if you look hard enough.
Sure, there have been wars under George W. Bush, one in Afghanistan, one in Iraq. But these arent old fashioned unfair wars like Vietnam which made people hate America. These are a new breed of surgical, precision wars that produce no visible dead, and make the world a much safer place.
Plus, in these new wars God is on our side. We know this because George W. Bush is Gods messenger. He told us this himself, so how can we lose?
And if God is on George W. Bushs side, who is on John Kerrys
Ask yourself that!
If you vote for Kerry America will go back to the old ways of talking about the worlds problems instead of firing missiles at them. Its slow, its dull and it makes for lousy T.V. Do you really want that?
Reasons to Vote Bush #3: Be Even Richer, or At Least Look It
Yes, under George W. Bush some of you have got to be much richer than before.
Tax laws have reduced taxes for some, and restraints on big business have made some investments soar.
Sure this may not apply to you if you are poor, or if your stocks arent in oil or defense companies, but if thats the case, whose faults can that possibly be but your own.
You may not be able to join the rich elite today, but hell, at least with George W. you can aspire to it.
Yes, under George W. Bush the easiest way to feel that you are one of the nations 2% elite who have gotten to be richer under George W. Bush is to vote for the same person the elite do. It costs nothing and if you tell people how you voted and why they will automatically assume that you are one of Americas wealthiest citizens.
Reasons to Vote Bush #4: Leave Some Children Behind
The Democrats keep harking on about the No Child Left Behind program leaving kids behind. They have promised to fix the program.
But think about it. Some kids are rude. Some kids smell. Some kids come from poor families and have shoddy shoes and dirty underwear. Wouldnt you rather leave them behind?
Reasons to Vote Bush #5: More Jobs For The World's Poor
In the bad old days of the Clinton administration analysts and media watchers used to analyse the US employment statistics alone to decide whether the government was doing its job.
In an era of global economies and overseas investments this is narrow minded and dumb.
If you look at the world economy the Bush Administration has created more jobs than any other US administration, ever.
As Gregory Mankiw, chairman of Bush's Council of Economic Advisors, said, Outsourcing is just a new way of doing international trade,
Its a good thing.
Idiot analysts from the John Kerrys team have been banding around figures showing that 2.2 million jobs have disappeared since George W. Bush came to power, however the figure only includes US job losses, not the net international job creation balance.
In the last three years alone, the US has outsourced an estimated 3 million jobs overseas, to countries like India and China.
There may be less jobs at home, but these US jobs have gone to some of the worlds poorest people, belying yet another Democrat claim, namely that the Republicans dont help the poor.
Reasons to Vote Bush #6: Upbeat Media Coverage Will Leave You Feeling Good.
With a Republican owned and dominated media, Democrat administrations can be confusing. Every time the government does something the media feel obliged to offer and independent critique and point out the possible negative aspects of the governments latest actions.
The image that ordinary citizens retain of Democrat government actions can end up being negative and depressing as a result.
By voting Republican, you know that the media companys and their owners, the Foxs and the Murdochs of this world, agree 100% with anything the administration does, so you know that there will be no mixed messages on your news channels, simply a constant stream of upbeat reports with everyone singing from the same script.
Do you really want your evening news telling you that what you government is doing is wrong? Or would you rather they told you that everything is OK?
Reasons to Vote Bush #7: Get Better Movies.
There have been some great films during the Bush years.
Weve had Michael Moores bowling for Columbine, and Fahrenheit 9/11 all directly criticizing the Bush administration.
Weve had The Day After Tomorrow showing us what will happen if the administration continues to ignore global warming.
Weve had The Hunting of the President, No Way Out, and Silver City.
Under George W. Bush we guarantee that you will get to see at least 3 more Michael Moore films, but if you take away the source of the anger, what will film makers make films about?
And what will you go to the flics to see? Another series of Terminator films?? Think about it.
Reasons to Vote Bush #8: Daily Terror Alerts.
Can anyone remember life before the daily Terror Alerts? Can anyone remember when the weather forcast was followed by nothing but pollution levels?
Remember how dull it was, leaving the house for work without your daily dose of terror?
Maximum Temperatures will be in the 70s and the Terror Alert is Orange.
Really gives a buzz to your day doesnt it?
Well under the Democrats Terror Alerts might be a thing of the past, or at best they could be permanently green.
Anyone will tell you, Orange is a much nice color than Blue and "High" is much more upbeat than "low".
Reasons to Vote Bush #9: George W. Is Better Looking
Its clear that George. W. Bush Is better looking than John Kerry,
especially once hes had his makeup done.
He doesnt look bad even now, but when he was younger Bush was positively sexy, and the media will make sure that you see frequent pictures of the younger sexier Bush.
Do you really want someone who has wounds from Vietnam representing you to the world? Yuck.
Reasons to Vote Bush #10: Carry On Hating The French
Under Bush things remain clear. Tony Blair is our ally. The rest of the world is our enemy, especially the French. Its easy to grasp and choosing holiday destinations is much, much easier.
Under the Democrats things would change. The 130 countries who opposed the US invasion of Iraq could become our allies in delivering peace in the Middle East! Ugh. And our friend Tony Blair who is a great mate of George W. Bush would be highly embarrassed and would go red every time he had to face President Kerry. Poor Tony!
Imagine trying to think of countries like France as Friends.
Imagine seeing the President of the USA talking to President Chirac!
Imagine US soldiers policing Iraq next to French soldiers, breathing in their garlic breath? Are you sure thats the kind of world you want?
Agree? Don't Agree? Fight it out! Tell us your views here!
