Arafat Organs to be Transplanted To Wife

Yasser Arafat's wife, Suha Arafat yesterday insisted that as long as Yasser Arafat's essential organs are still working life support will not be switched off.
"His heart, lungs and brain may not be working," Suha Arafat told BIGfib news reporter Lolo Laroche, "but his financial organs are just fine."

Yasser Arafat, the Palestinian premier has an estimated $1 billion stashed in bank accounts in Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands. He also owns a number of hotels and holiday resorts in Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland and Austria and is the main shareholder in two cellular telephone companies operating in Tunisia and Algeria.
This year, French prosecutors launched a money-laundering probe into transfers of $11.4 million into his wife, Suha Arafat's bank accounts.

"Until it is clear just how we can transplant Yasser's financial organs," Suha says, "I'm afraid he just has to stay on life support."
