Bush says no need for election reforms

President Bush yesterday insisted that there was no need of election reforms in the US despite sharp criticism from Jimmy Carter and his election-validating organisation which includes international observers from recently democratised Tajikistan and Ethiopia.

“Nothings perfect…” Bush told BIGfib, “well, except for our Iraq policy which of course is perfect… oh, and the economy which is too, but other than that, than those, nothing’s perfect and our election process is no exception…”
“From where I’m sitting, the American electoral system seemed to work just fine last time. Just because a bunch of folks come over here from Ethikiopia and Teethikistan telling us we’ve got it all wrong, I can’t see any reason to go changing things.”
