Adobe Launches Photoshop DNA with Reality+ ™

Adobe Corporation yesterday launched the most important update of their Photoshop™ software since the creation of the company.
Previous versions of Photoshop became the world standard in image treatment software by enabling users to perform sophisticated manipulation of photographic images. Indeed it was said when Photoshop was launched, that the line between reality and fiction had become gaussian-blurred.
One of the major uses of Photoshop since the arrival of Internet has been the retouching of personal photos, for example the removal of wrinkles, or the slimming of silhouettes on photos used in chat rooms.

Photoshop DNA with Reality+™ is aimed at this market, and goes one step further by enabling users not only to modify their photos but also to actually modify their own DNA.

Announcing the release of the 26,000$ product, Steven Wozugly told a press conference, “It’s a whole beautiful world out there… Why muck around with your photos, when you can change your face?”

A warning was issued however by Association of Image Manipulators about the dangers of untrained usage of the software.

“Photoshop DNA with Reality+ ™ is the most powerful reality modification software ever to have existed.” Yiama Phuckface told BIGfib. “It’s pretty much like the beginning of page layout software when untrained users produced documents with a million fonts and character sizes. Users must remember that less is more, and they must know when to stop, otherwise they could end up with faces that look like photo-fit images.

People need to remember that the DNA function has no “Undo” option for the moment. Initial trials with untrained users produced some devastating and irreversible results.”
