In a new demonstration of the lengths companies are going to in order to avoid law-suits, Speedo, the worlds number one brand in swimming equipment was yesterday forced to add a no driving logo to their swimming goggles after numerous accidents in the US.
Simultaneously ordering a recall of all goggles missing the No Driving logo, the Speedo company told BIGfib Our swimming goggles have become so fashionable that people are wearing them all over the place.
While it may be OK to wear them whilst relaxing at home, or whilst eating in a restaurant, we felt it was our corporate responsibility to warn people against driving with them on.
