Ad Agencies bypassed by Bush election strategy

The Bush re-election team have come up with a new tactic for winning the Presidential election that will wipe the smile off the faces of the ad agencies.
The new strategy entirely bypasses traditional electoral strategy by avoiding the placement of ads in any of the traditional media.
Instead, the Bush team suggest simply handing out 4 dollars to every person who votes for Bush.
“The sums being spent are so huge it started to seem a shame to just blow it all on advertising… So we figured it would be a generous thing to just hand the money to our voters”, Bush fund Manager Jimmy Haliburton told BIGfib.
Democratic candidate John Kerry immediately criticized the idea as “Anti constitutional” and “election rigging”, but Haliburton fought back, later in the day telling Naked News’ Lolita Shortbristle that it was no more unfair than the current system.
“Spending millions of dollars on lie filled ads telling everyone that the President is like this great guy who’s looking after us all is no less morally bankrupt than actually paying people to vote for us… In fact it’s worse because the people at the end of the line don’t even get anything for voting for us.”
