Bush puts forward health reforms

President Bush offered a radical reform of health care proposals in his State of the Union address this week by suggesting that the uninsured should simply sign private deals with TV stations in order to fund their medical treatment.

This radical idea is apparently inspired 10-hour surgical removal of an 80-kilo (175 lb) tumor from a Romanian woman in exchange for film rights.
“Private partnership is the way forward for the uninsured.” Bush told reporters.

Democrat commentators however publicly doubted the ability of the proposals to significantly reduce healthcare costs in any but the weirdest of cases.
"People just aren't going to want to see that many tonsil operations." a spokesman told BIGfib.
