Huntley responsible for Huntley murders says council.

North East Linconshire council today denied any responsibility in the murders of the two schoolgirls Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells despite the fact that the murderer, Ian Huntley, whom they employed at the Soham Village College where the girls were students, had previously been accused on more than eight occasions of sex offenses, once for indecent assault, four times for sex with under-age girls and three times for rape.

North East Linconshire council spokesman, Jim Liar told BIGfib:
“The responsibility for this disaster clearly rests with Huntley himself.”
Liar called on all perverts with homicidal tendencies to “come clean” at job interviews to avoid any repeat of this type of incident in the future.

Meanwhile Cambridgshire police suggested that a pilot project proposed in 1995 could have averted the double murders.
The project which suggested that people accused on more than five different occasions of serious sex offences should be given three free one hourly sessions with therapists to “talk about their problems.” was refused because of “civil liberty” implications.
