Iain Duncan Smith best candidate for Conservative party
Despite having lost the vote of no confidence, Iain Duncan Smith would have been the most apt candidate to represent the conservative party at the next elections, a new poll by PopuMatrix claims. The poll which asked a sample of 5000 UK based voters various questions about the sacked leader and generally about the image of the Conservatives found that Iain Duncan Smith was found by over 80% of UK voters to "perfectly embody" the image of the Conservative party.
The results for the complex series of questions will be published in full on Friday, but details so far released show that 81 percent of the population consider IDS to be "a complete twat", and therefore "perfect to lead the party" which a similar number (82%) consider to be "A complete bunch of twats."
